    Ashley Eckstein, the beloved actress known for her role as Ahsoka in “Star Wars: The Clone Wars,” is set to make an appearance at MegaCon Orlando this weekend. In an exclusive interview with Spectrum News, Eckstein opened up about her career and the journey that led her to create Her Universe, a popular fashion brand.

    As a native of Orlando, Eckstein shared her experiences of growing up in the city and how it influenced her passion for acting. Having been surrounded by the magic of Disney and the entertainment opportunities in the area, she described how her upbringing served as a catalyst for her eventual success in the industry.

    Her breakthrough came in 2016 when she landed the role of Ahsoka, a character that held immense significance for her as a longtime Star Wars fan. Reflecting on this milestone, Eckstein expressed her gratitude, stating, “I felt like I won the lottery, and I’ve been trying to live up to this incredible gift that’s been given to me really for the past 16 years.”

    Beyond her acting career, Eckstein ventured into entrepreneurship in 2010 by founding Her Universe. The brand was born out of her desire to address the lack of clothing options for female fans in the realm of Star Wars and other fandoms. Since its inception, Her Universe has expanded to offer a diverse range of apparel catering to fans of all ages and genders, featuring iconic franchises such as Star Wars, Disney, Marvel, and Harry Potter.

    Excited to connect with fans at MegaCon, Eckstein will be engaging in autograph sessions, photo opportunities, and a special Clone Wars panel alongside fellow actors Dee Bradley Baker and Matt L.
