Apple Weather App Experiencing Global Outage

Apple users around the world are facing frustration as the dedicated weather app on iPhones is currently down, leaving them unable to access weather forecasts. The issue, which seems to be global, has been widely reported on social media platforms with users expressing their disappointment.

Instead of displaying live weather updates, the app is showing a blank screen with just the location visible upon opening. This outage has impacted users in the US, UK, and parts of Europe, with many turning to alternative weather sources online.

Although the problem was first highlighted by 9to5Mac, Apple’s service page confirms that the ‘Weather’ app is experiencing technical difficulties affecting all users. While some individuals have multiple weather apps on their devices, relying on the preloaded Apple Weather app has been a common practice for many.

Some users have also reported issues with the Apple Watch, where the weather information is not displaying correctly. One user even humorously attributed the malfunction to the heatwave in Arizona.

As Apple works on resolving the problem, users are encouraged to seek weather updates from alternative sources until the app is fully functional again.
