Alyssa Milano faces criticism for launching GoFundMe campaign for son’s baseball team

Alyssa Milano, the famous actress known for her role in ‘Charmed,’ is facing criticism from social media followers after launching a GoFundMe campaign to raise money for her 12-year-old son Milo’s baseball team. The fundraiser, which aims to collect $10,000 for the team’s Cooperstown trip, has already raised over $7,600.

Netizens expressed their disapproval, questioning why a wealthy celebrity like Milano would ask for financial support from the public. Some pointed out that both Milano and her husband, David Bugliari, are multi-millionaires and should be able to cover the expenses without seeking external contributions.

One critic even went as far as donating $5 to the fundraiser with a message questioning Milano’s financial situation. Despite the backlash, there were also supporters who defended Milano’s initiative.

As of now, Milano has not responded to the criticism or clarified whether she made any personal donations to the fundraiser. The controversy has sparked a debate among fans, with divided opinions on the appropriateness of the actress’s fundraising efforts.
