Beth Peters began her acting and musical career in New Jersey as a teenager and made her Broadway debut in 1955. Her talent and versatility shone through in various roles, from Mrs. Brady to appearances in Quantum Leap, Mr. Belvedere, and The Waltons, among others. Her portrayal of Mrs. Whitaker in General Hospital endeared her to audiences, and she went on to make successful appearances on the big screen in Kandyland, Back to School, Where Love Has Gone, and Fitzwilly.
She is survived by her son Sean Williams, step-daughters Barbara Davison and Monica Lange, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
