Exciting news for ‘Saturday Night Live’ fans as the iconic sketch show has announced its upcoming hosts for April. Former cast member Kristen Wiig and the talented Ryan Gosling are set to grace Studio 8H on April 6 and 13, respectively.
Wiig, who was part of the ‘SNL’ cast from 2005 to 2012, will be hosting for the fifth time, a remarkable achievement that may see some ‘SNL’ legends making surprise appearances to celebrate her entry into the coveted Five-Timers Club. The multi-talented star is also set to star in and executive produce the new Apple TV+ series ‘Palm Royale,’ which is scheduled to premiere on March 20.
Gosling, known for his impressive performance of ‘I’m Just Ken’ and an Oscar nomination for ‘Barbie,’ will be hosting ‘SNL’ for the third time. He will be joined by the sensational Chris Stapleton as the musical guest. Stapleton, a 10-time Grammy winner, is currently on tour promoting his new album ‘Higher.’
Adding to the excitement, the British singer-songwriter Raye, who recently set a record by winning six Brit Awards in one year, will be making her ‘SNL’ debut as the musical guest for Wiig’s episode.
This season, ‘SNL’ has already seen a lineup of impressive hosts, including former cast members Pete Davidson and Kate McKinnon, as well as a mix of talented comedians and actors.
With such an exciting lineup of hosts and musical guests, fans of ‘SNL’ are in for a treat this April as the show continues to deliver top-notch entertainment.
