Paramount Animation and Hasbro Entertainment are set to make a big splash at this year’s San Diego Comic-Con with their upcoming film, ‘Transformers One.’ The all-star panel, scheduled for Thursday, July 25 at 11:45am PST, will feature stars Chris Hemsworth, Brian Tyree Henry, Keegan-Michael Key, and director Josh Cooley, along with producer Lorenzo di Bonaventura.
Attendees can look forward to exclusive footage and discussions about the film’s theatrical release on September 20 in Hall H. Fans in attendance will also receive an exclusive poster to commemorate the event. ‘Transformers One’ marks the first Transformers animated movie in nearly four decades and has been one of Paramount’s highest tested animated films to date.
The CG-animated movie delves into the untold origin story of Optimus Prime and Megatron, exploring their friendship before they became enemies and how their choices shaped the fate of CyberTron. Joining the cast are Scarlett Johansson, Steve Buscemi, Laurence Fishburne, and Jon Hamm, with the film also produced in collaboration with New Republic Pictures.
