Localization Leak Suggests The Legend of Heroes: Trails through Daybreak II Coming to the West

A recent leak on the Japanese PlayStation Network has hinted at the localization of The Legend of Heroes: Trails through Daybreak II for western audiences. NIS America had been teasing an announcement for Anime Expo, which many speculated would be about this highly anticipated game. However, thanks to a keen-eyed user on Twitter, it seems that the game’s arrival in the west may be imminent.

The discovery was made when user @Hansuke21 spotted a new logo on their PlayStation 5, set to English. This observation was independently verified, indicating a similar change in the logo for the original Trails through Daybreak’s Japanese release by NISA.

While details about the game’s localization are scarce beyond the translated title, fans of the Trails series can expect more information to be revealed during NIS America’s Anime Expo panels. One notable change evident from the new logo is the apparent omission of the subtitle from the game.

As fans eagerly await further announcements, the first installment, The Legend of Heroes: Trails through Daybreak, is set to launch on July 5 for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
