Royal Caribbean Group has introduced an industry-first Loyalty Status Match Program across its brands – Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises, and Silversea. The program aims to enhance the guest experience and reward loyalty members across its ecosystem of vacation experiences.
Members of Royal Caribbean’s Crown & Anchor Society, Celebrity Cruises’ Captain’s Club, and Silversea’s Venetian Society will now attain equivalent tier status on any one of the three brands. This shared status will provide additional benefits and open up new opportunities to explore the world, with over 50 ships sailing to nearly 1,000 destinations worldwide.
By offering loyalty status matching across its core brands, Royal Caribbean Group is setting a new standard in the cruise industry. The Loyalty Status Match program allows guests to enjoy reciprocal tier status regardless of the brand they choose to sail with, creating a seamless experience for loyal customers.
With a diverse portfolio that includes land-based vacation experiences like Perfect Day at CocoCay and the Royal Beach Club collection, Royal Caribbean Group caters to a wide range of preferences. Its cruise brands, Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises, and Silversea, offer unique vacation experiences tailored to different segments of the market.
Jason Liberty, president and CEO of Royal Caribbean Group, expressed the company’s commitment to providing guests with exceptional experiences across its brands. The Loyalty Status Match program is designed to reward loyal customers and further enhance their vacation experiences, aligning with the company’s goal of turning a one-time vacation into a lifetime of memorable trips.
This initiative is part of Royal Caribbean Group’s ongoing efforts to offer top-quality vacations responsibly. By unifying its three renowned brands and acknowledging guest loyalty, the company aims to strengthen its position as a leader in the cruise industry.
