Nexon has unveiled a new trailer for its highly anticipated co-op loot-based shooter, The First Descendant. The trailer provides an in-depth look into the game’s storyline, with insights shared by the game’s creative director and narrative designers.

The nearly 8-minute trailer features Joo Min-Seok, the creative director, along with lead narrative designer Baek Young-bin and narrative designer Min Ja-young, delving into various elements of The First Descendant’s narrative. They discuss key aspects such as the core storyline, the Descendants, the Iron Heart, and the Guide.

Previously, The First Descendant received a significant trailer debut at The Game Awards in December 2023, where a release window for Summer 2024 was announced. In this game, players assume the roles of Descendants fighting against an alien invasion in a four-player co-op setting.

The First Descendant is set to launch on multiple platforms including PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S, offering a diverse gaming experience for players across different consoles.
