The Atlantic Coast Conference is gearing up for an exciting baseball championship as the seedings and pools have been set for the 2024 ACC Baseball Championship. North Carolina, the Coastal Division champion, and Clemson, the Atlantic Division champion, have emerged as the top two seeds for the upcoming championship event.

The championship is scheduled to take place from May 21 to May 26 at Truist Field in Charlotte, North Carolina. The format of the championship will include pool-play games followed by a four-team, single-elimination bracket to determine the ultimate league champion.

North Carolina, boasting a remarkable record of 41-12 overall and 22-8 in the ACC, has secured the No. 1 seed and will lead Pool A. Joining the Tar Heels in Pool A are Wake Forest as the eighth seed with a record of 36-19 overall and 15-15 in the ACC, as well as Pittsburgh as the 12th seed with a record of 26-26 overall and 10-20 in the ACC.

Clemson, the Atlantic Division champion with a strong record of 40-13 overall and 20-10 in the ACC, has clinched the No. 2 seed and will headline Pool B. Accompanying Clemson in Pool B are Louisville as the seventh seed with a record of 32-22 overall and 16-14 in the ACC, and Miami as the 11th seed with a record of 24-29 overall and 11-19 in the ACC.

NC State, holding the No. 3 seed with a record of 32-19 overall and 18-11 in the ACC, will compete in Pool C alongside Duke as the sixth seed with a record of 35-18 overall and 16-14 in the ACC, and Virginia Tech as the 10th seed with a record of 32-20 overall and 14-16 in the ACC.

Virginia, the fourth seed with a record of 40-14 overall and 18-12 in the ACC, will be a team to watch out for in this highly anticipated championship event.
