Your weekly horoscope is here! Kate Gosselin, the TV personality, recently shared a heartwarming photo of four of her sextuplets to celebrate their 20th birthdays. The sextuplets, born in 2004, have now entered their twenties, marking a significant milestone for the family.
In the photo shared on Instagram, Kate’s children Alexis, Aaden, Leah, and Joel were captured posing in front of a birthday cake adorned with two numbered candles. The siblings, dressed casually, looked all grown up as they commemorated this special occasion.
Absent from the photo were the other two sextuplets, Hannah and Collin, who have been living with their father Jon Gosselin for some time now. Additionally, Kate and Jon’s oldest daughters, twins Mady and Cara, were not present in the picture.
Collin, who expressed his desire to train for the Marine Corps in a previous Instagram post, didn’t share a birthday update, while Hannah marked her 20th birthday with a post featuring photos of herself in a blue dress.
The Gosselin family gained fame through the TLC reality series ‘Jon & Kate Plus 8,’ which showcased their lives with eight children. Following the couple’s divorce in 2009, the show was renamed ‘Kate Plus 8’ and continued until 2017.
In a rare interview in 2022, Collin revealed details about being institutionalized by his mother for behavioral issues. He later reunited with his father, Jon, who played a crucial role in his release. The family dynamics have been complex, with Collin sharing insights into his strained relationship with his mother.
Jon, alongside Hannah and Collin, appeared on the Vice TV series ‘Dark Side of the 2000s,’ shedding light on Collin’s ADHD diagnosis during his time at the institution. Kate, in response, disclosed that Collin had multiple psychiatric diagnoses during his childhood.
The Gosselin family continues to navigate challenges and milestones as the children grow older. Kate’s recent post celebrating her sextuplets’ 20th birthdays serves as a reminder of the family’s journey and the bond they share despite past struggles.
