The album is set to be released on June 7, 2024, through Since ’93/RCA Records. Tems expressed her gratitude and excitement for this project, stating, ‘This is my most special moment. Following her debut performance at Coachella in April, where she performed the reimagined version of Seyi Sodimu’s 1997 hit ‘Love Me JeJe,’ Tems has been making waves in the music industry. Last year, she released two singles ‘Me & U’ and ‘Not an Angel.’
For fans eagerly awaiting to experience Tems live, she will be embarking on the Born in the Wild World Tour. The tour will feature special guests Naomi Sharon and Lekan and will kick off at London’s Eventim Apollo on June 12. The tour will cover various continents including Europe, North America, Africa, and Asia, culminating in Australia with three dates in Melbourne, Brisbane, and Sydney in November. Tickets for the tour will go on sale on May 17 at 10 a.m.
