Activision Addresses Issues with Modern Warfare 3 Following Season 3 Reloaded Launch

Activision is currently addressing issues that have arisen with Modern Warfare 3 following the launch of Season 3 Reloaded. The update, which brought new content to the game, has led to the emergence of problems affecting some PlayStation players.

Modern Warfare 3 and Warzone Season 3 Reloaded was released simultaneously across all platforms, introducing fresh multiplayer maps, new modes, and additional features. However, players have reported encountering ‘DEV ERROR 5433’ on the PlayStation platform, rendering the game unplayable for some.

To address this issue, Activision has recommended that players reduce the Allocated Texture Cache Size to Medium or Small until a permanent solution is implemented. This setting can be adjusted in the Graphics section under On-Demand Texture Streaming (expanded).

In addition to the texture cache problem, there have been reports of an auto tactical sprint issue that disrupts weapon reloading attempts. The company is actively working on resolving these issues to ensure a smoother gaming experience for all players.

For more information on the Season 3 Reloaded patch notes for Modern Warfare 3 and Zombies, players can refer to the official release notes. Similarly, details on the latest Warzone patch notes are also available for those interested.

Looking ahead, Activision is gearing up to unveil the next installment in the Call of Duty series through a live stream following the Xbox Summer Showcase on June 9. The upcoming game, rumored to be a new Black Ops title set in the early 1990s during the Gulf War, is expected to be released in late October. Treyarch is reportedly heading the development of this new installment.

As the gaming community eagerly anticipates the next Call of Duty release, Activision continues to work on improving the current gaming experience for Modern Warfare 3 and Warzone players. Stay tuned for further updates and announcements from the gaming giant.
