Olof Persson is set to take over as the CEO of Iveco Group, succeeding Gerrit Marx, starting in July 2024. The announcement was made by the Board of Iveco Group N.V., stating that Persson, currently an Independent Director on the Board, will assume the role when Marx departs to become the CEO of CNH Industrial N.V. on July 1, 2024.

Persson’s extensive career includes roles at ABB, Bombardier Transportation, Volvo Group, and Cerberus Operations and Advisory Company, before joining Iveco Group’s Board in 2022.
