Dead by Daylight’s ‘My Little Oni’ Trials Event Brings April Fools’ Fun

Behaviour Interactive is bringing some April Fools’ fun to Dead by Daylight with the limited-time ‘My Little Oni’ Trials event. From now until April 3, players can experience a unique twist in the game, facing off against a Kaiju-sized Oni and navigating challenges as smaller Survivors.

The event restricts Survivors’ access to items, chests, basements, and pallets, leaving them with only the option to work on generators to try and escape. Additionally, due to their reduced size and frailty, death in this mode only comes in the form of a Mori.

While players can opt for the standard Dead by Daylight Trials if they prefer, the My Little Oni event promises a whimsical and entertaining experience for those who embrace the April Fools’ spirit.

Players can join in on the fun of My Little Oni on various platforms including PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Xbox Series, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store. Furthermore, the latest Chapter for Dead by Daylight, ‘All Things Wicked,’ is also available for players to explore.

Meanwhile, the ESRB rating for Bloober Team’s Silent Hill 2 remake has been unveiled, offering insight into the game’s content and themes. The upcoming remake has received a Mature rating for ‘Blood and Gore, Language, Sexual Themes, Violence.’ The game’s environments are described as depicting large bloodstains, intestines, and organs, while cutscenes feature disturbing scenes such as characters being impaled and suffocated, as well as enemies with sewn-together body parts.

The ESRB listing also suggests the return of nods to sexuality from the original Silent Hill 2, hinting at a faithful recreation of the game’s unsettling and atmospheric elements.
