Fallout 76 is set to receive a significant update today, introducing the free Atlantic City – America’s Playground expansion along with three new achievements and the commencement of Season 16. The latest content drop brings an array of new features, including a new Expedition, questline, side quests, and more.

The Atlantic City – America’s Playground update, version 1.7.10.12, is expected to be approximately 27.08GB in size for Xbox users, as indicated by Bethesda’s patch notes. Players will be tasked with aiding Mayor Tim in defending Atlantic City against an invasion of Overgrown in the all-new Expedition Mission, delving into the Russo family questline, and engaging in new opportunities within the Boardwalk.

Season 16, titled ‘Duel with the Devil,’ also kicks off today, accompanied by season and Scoreboard changes. Additionally, the update introduces three new achievements worth a total of 90 Gamerscore, namely ‘Community Service,’ ‘Devil’s Bargain,’ and ‘Weed Killer,’ providing players with fresh challenges to conquer.

The arrival of this update is anticipated to draw a surge of players to the game, following a recent uptick in Xbox player numbers prompted by the release of the latest TV show trailer. With the new content and achievements, Fallout 76 continues to captivate its audience and expand its gaming community.
